Agree the workflow, integrations, success indicator, timeline and acceptance criteria.

Short build cycles

Review working demonstrations and resolve decisions as the system takes shape.

Acceptance and handover

Test against written criteria, document the system and train its users.

Payment: 50% at kickoff, 30% at an agreed milestone, 20% at acceptance or go-live. Ownership of code, data and accounts is stated in the contract. Project leadership is included; Advisory is not required.

Test the difficult cases before handover.

Correct information

Check outputs against authorized sample records. Record the fields that must be exact and where a draft requires human correction.

Controlled actions

Confirm who can read, approve and change information. A rejected or incomplete record must not trigger an unapproved customer action.

Recoverable failures

Test missing inputs, duplicate requests and unavailable integrations. Agree retry rules, error visibility and a manual path to complete the work.

An operable handover

Document accounts, dependencies, operating costs and the person responsible after launch. Include an agreed acceptance test and user training.

The proposal states which controls and tests apply to your workflow. An AI output is not treated as correct merely because the request completed.

Before we start.

Do I need a Decision Sprint before implementation?

No. If the workflow and objective are clear, scoping is included in the build quote. A Sprint is useful when a decision still needs evidence or competing options need comparison.

Can you integrate with the tools we already use?

That is checked during scoping. The Pilot includes up to two standard integrations with verified access; unknown APIs, heavy migrations and additional integrations are not included by default.

What does an AI implementation handover include?

Documentation and team training are included. The written scope defines acceptance criteria, operating responsibilities and the agreed documentation. Code, data and account ownership are stated in the contract.

What happens after launch?

The scoped build includes 30 days of defect fixes. Ongoing Care starts at $500/month for agreed maintenance and support; licenses, API usage, new features and 24/7 on-call are not included by default.
