London in this page means Greater London: the 32 boroughs plus the City of London. It does not mean only the Square Mile, and it does not extend the local evidence to the whole South East. A business with colleagues in Westminster, Croydon or elsewhere in the capital can use the same remote engagement model.
The ONS September 2026 business register release puts London at the largest regional share of UK VAT and/or PAYE registered businesses. That describes the size of the registered business base, not how many firms need AI consulting. The register also excludes some very small businesses that are not registered for either scheme.
A decision grid for a London team with several stakeholders
Use this working example to run one scoping meeting with a client-facing lead, delivery lead, system owner and budget owner. Replace the suggested entries with your own evidence and name the person responsible for each decision.
Owner
Question to settle
Evidence to bring
Illustrative next step
Acceptance check
Client-facing lead
Are missing requirements a collection problem?
One approved brief and one incomplete brief, redacted
Configure required intake fields before testing AI
Each required input has a source or an explicit follow-up owner.
Delivery lead
Can the receiving team act on the handoff?
The minimum approved record needed to start work
Define approval and exception rules
The reviewer can trace each important field to an approved source.
System owner
Can current tools resolve the gap?
Form, CRM and project-tool capabilities and access limits
Compare configuration, a specialist tool and a bounded build
Each option is tested against the same workflow and permissions.
Budget owner
Does the benefit exceed the full operating cost?
Current preparation and review effort; licences, usage and support costs
Collect a baseline before claiming savings
Separate measured effort from estimated benefits and unknown costs.
Sponsor
What decision must the pilot enable?
A named owner, decision date and stop conditions
Choose keep, configure, buy or build after the review
The team can explain what evidence would justify continuing or stopping.
Illustrative working example, not client data or a scored recommendation. Complete one grid per workflow. Missing evidence is a task to resolve, not a reason to favour an AI build.

02 / The market and the scope
A Greater London brief, built around your actual team
The practical focus here is a service firm where client-facing staff, operations and a delivery lead need to agree on one change. Start with the competing expectations inside that team. A faster summary is useful only if the next person can trust and act on it.
03 / Illustrative workflow
Turn a client handoff into a reviewable record
This is a proposed design for discussion, not a London client case or a reported result.
From scattered instructions to a draft handoff
A consultancy has an accepted proposal, a later email with constraints and a project tool with an incomplete brief. Before introducing AI, identify the approved scope and the person who can change it. A pilot can assemble a draft from permitted records, showing which source supports each field.
Capture deliverables, exclusions, missing inputs and the next named owner.
Flag conflicting dates or instructions for review instead of resolving them silently.
Keep the draft separate from the approved client record.
The delivery lead checks the proposed handoff against its sources. Only an approved record creates delivery tasks or informs a client update. Record the corrections, including work the system omitted. That gives you evidence for deciding whether the next step should be a better form, an existing product or custom implementation.
Measure review effort as well as drafting time.
Test an amended proposal, a missing attachment and conflicting instructions.
Keep the current manual process available if the pilot cannot produce a reliable draft.
04 / Advice and delivery
Choose the engagement that matches the decision ahead
Consulting: make the choice explicit
We map the process, use the decision grid with the relevant stakeholders and compare viable options. The output sets out the recommended change, its trade-offs and what remains uncertain. Use it with your own team or another supplier, or ask for an implementation scope.
If a pilot is justified, Klicky's agreed scope can cover integrations, source references, approval steps, exception handling, acceptance checks and handover. We define the permitted inputs and rollback path first. Operating instructions and a named owner belong in the delivery, not as an afterthought.
Bring the workflow, its owner, the systems involved and a redacted example of a difficult case. Note the next business decision rather than asking for an open-ended AI transformation. The pricing page gives current engagement options; the proposal confirms scope, currency, licences and support.
Remote delivery from Morocco, with review time built in
Workshops and implementation reviews take place remotely. We agree meeting times against your UK calendar and name the people who can approve decisions between sessions. This service does not imply a London office or an included onsite visit.
Before connecting systems, we agree the information needed, who may access it and the permitted processing arrangements. We can begin with synthetic or redacted material. Your organisation retains responsibility for approving its data arrangements and client commitments.

Questions about a London engagement
Can we buy advice without commissioning a build?+
Yes. Consulting can end with a documented decision, priorities and a scope your team can use. Implementation is a separate decision, agreed only when there is a clear workflow and a sensible way to test it.
Does this cover businesses outside the City of London?+
Yes. This page covers Greater London, including its 32 boroughs and the City of London. For a team outside that area, describe the workflow through the same contact form; remote suitability depends on the engagement, not a postcode.
Can you work with our existing CRM and project tool?+
We assess the actual tools, permissions and available integration options during scoping. Compatibility is not assumed. Sometimes configuration is enough; a custom integration requires its own acceptance criteria and support plan.
How do we compare you with a local agency?+
Compare the proposed scope, the people doing the work, the quality of the decision process and the handover. I deliver remotely from Morocco; if regular onsite presence is essential, include that requirement when assessing suppliers.
Describe the process, who owns it and what keeps getting stuck. We can establish whether advice, configuration or an implementation pilot is a sensible next step.
