Who is responsible
The data controller is Khalid Boudrari, an individual based in Morocco, who publishes this website. For any question about your data: hello@khalidboudrari.com.
Launch waitlist (“Notify me at launch”)
- Data: your email address, the language of the page, the date of your request and the version of the consent text you accepted.
- Purpose: send you a confirmation email (double opt-in), then one email announcing the launch of the new website.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box and confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after the launch.
- Unsubscribe: with the link included in every email, or by writing to hello@khalidboudrari.com.
Protection against spam and abuse
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. To block repeated submissions, a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your IP address is kept for 10 minutes and a fingerprint of your email address for 24 hours.
Audience measurement and cookies
- Without consent: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and page speed in aggregate, without cookies.
- With your consent only: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets measurement cookies. Until you choose in the consent banner, Google tags run in a restricted mode that stores nothing on your device.
- You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Service providers
- Vercel (United States) — hosting of the website.
- Brevo (France) — sending the confirmation and launch emails.
- Cloudflare (United States) — domain name, anti-bot check (Turnstile).
- Upstash — temporary storage of the anti-abuse fingerprints.
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent.
- Axeptio (France) — consent management.
Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@khalidboudrari.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Morocco, the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel); if you live in the European Union, the authority of your country (for example, the CNIL in France).
